The beautifully landscaped grounds offer a peaceful setting for a quiet walk among colorful plants and trees.   Residents can enjoy a stroll to the nearby village of Highland Park where picturesque Lake Amoret invites one to enjoy the wildlife and where families with children enjoy the playground. La Casa’s pool is a year-round favorite and is heated from November through April. Saunas are available in both the men’s and women’s restrooms in the pool area. The property also features tennis courts, and plans are underway for a multi-sport court that will offer tennis, pickleball, and a basketball goal in the near future. A centrally located shuffleboard court, complete with equipment, awaits residents interested in this classic game.

Residents enjoy a strong sense of community at La Casa. La Casa’s Clubhouse is enjoyed by many residents, whether it is to host coffee with friends and neighbors, family meals, card games, or parties and seasonal celebrations. The lending library in the Clubhouse gives residents a place to share their favorite books and magazines. The library also contains games and DVDs available for check-out. Community workdays offer neighbors the opportunity to collaborate on projects that help maintain the high standards of La Casa living.
