MANAGEMENT OF THE BUILDING AND GROUNDS:

Responsible for the management, administration, financial records, and operation of the association, including but not limited to:

• Assess, identify, and coordinate maintenance and repair needs for the building’s common areas
• Supervise outside contractors on-site at the property
• Manage and negotiate the vendor bidding process for contracts and services
• Oversee compliance of the governing documents of the association, applicable laws, and enforcement
• Assist the board with preparing budgets, vendor contracts, and financial reports as required by Florida law.
• Maintain financial records of unit owners' accounts
• Respond to resident concerns and requests
